Install new Metal Roof (Extreme Metal Fabricators, LLC "1" nail strip" FL #17022.5) at above
referenced address over'new underlayment, and existing plywood sheathing.

METAL ROOFING ATTACHMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Metal roofing to be attached through nail strip with corrosion resistant #10 X 1" minimumHex-
Head wood screws #10 x 1" Pancakehead Wood Screw (minimum 3/16" penetration through
deck). Fasteners shall be placed at 16" on center across panel width and spacing along the nail
strip as follows:
ZONE 1 (Field): FASTENER SPACING = 6" O.C.
ZONE 2 (Perimeter/ Ridge): FASTENER SPACING = 6" O.C.
ZONE 3 (Comers): FASTENER SPACING = 6" O.C.
NOTE: PROVIDE CONTINUOUS BEAD OF BOSTIK 915TM SEALANT ALONG
MALE RIB VERTICAL FLANGE.
Design uplift Pressure for attachment as per above:
Product Design Pressure: Zones 1, 2 & 3:-97.25PSF
Therefore O.K.
UNDERLAYMENT•
Underlayment shall be in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines, FBC 1507.4.5.1, and FBC
15074.5.2. Underlayment shall be InterWrap L DL30 FL# 11602.1.
DECK INSTALLATION:
Re -nail all plywood sheathing (15/32" thick minimum) with 8D ring -shank nails at 4" O.C.
perimeter and 6" O.C. field for all zones.
All work to be in compliance with product approval (FL # 17022.5), (FL# 11602.1),
manufacturer's specifications, and the Florida Building Code 2014.
