Permit #20170206 Authorizes the following: According to St' Lucie County Land Development
Regulations (Chapter 6.00.04) this project qualifies for a Vegetation Removal Permit. Minimal
clearing of a path necessary to access and install the single family residential well and septic system
as approved by Health Department Permit #56-SF-1732142. Clearing shall be limited to a path not
to exceed ten feet in width to access proposed septic and well location and 40'x20' area to install
the septic system. No . native vegetation meeting the mitigation thresholds outlined in the Land
Development Code will be removed at this time, therefore no mitigation is required. .
_Pre -Clearing Requirements: Prior to initiation of site clearing activities, the applicant shall
arrange for ERD to inspect the vegetation protection barricades; clearing activities shall not
initiate until barricades have been inspected and approved by ERD. .
Specific Permit Conditions: The property has native vegetation not authorized for removal. Areas
outside of the development footprint as described above shall be considered preservation/protection
