As requested by the contractor, the following changes were reviewed and found in compliance
with the design criteria and the Florida Building Code:
• Bearn changes have been made per section 5 on sheet S6, section 2 on sheet S6, and detail 2
on sheet ST
• Additional straps have been added to the connector schedule on sheet S5 — HD412 with a 45'
left skew, (2) HTSM20, and TS9.
Revised plans reflecting the above changes are attached for your record. Should you have any
