The comments #1, #2, and #6 were addressed by signing the energy calc form R405
and the duct plans.
The comment #3 was addressed by replacing the original sealed engineer cover
letters with new hand -signed seals on new cover letters.
The comment #4 and #5 was addressed by changing out the old architect drawing
with the new revised drawing.
