Please be advised that the following items are in response to plan review comments for the above referenced
project dated 6/29/2017
1. Please provide in duplicate a duct plan showing a balanced system, dust size, grill size, and room by room
CFMS per 107.2.1 of the 2014 Florida Building Code as only one was provided.

2. Please provide energy calcs form R405 in duplicate that include an original signature by the owner/agent in
accordance with sections 402 and 403 of the 2014 Florida Energy Code fifth addition. -Contractor to
provide
3. Please furnish truss engineering in duplicate per 107.2.1 of the 2014 Florida Building Code with original
sign/seal (embossed or wet seal) as no digital or E stamp/signature will be accepted -Contractor to provide
4. Please revise the product approval submittal affidavit as the product approval number for the JA Taylor 5 V
metal roof 17433.1 can't be found on the DBPR verification. -See sheet #4
S. Please specify the bottom chord truss bracing requirements (rat runs) per FBC R802.1.7.3- See sheet #4
6. Please provide the energy performance level (EPL) display card form R405 in duplicate that includes an
original signature by the builder in accordance with sections 402 and 403 of the 2014 Florida Energy Code
fifth addition. - Contractor to provide
