Attention: J.A. Taylor Roofing:
This is your notice to proceed with the project located at 1918 N. 50th Street, Fort Pierce,
FL 34947 in accordance with your construction contract signed May 18, 2017.
The Contractor agrees to start work within 3 calendar days after receipt of a written Notice
to Proceed. The contractor agrees to apply for permits within 5 days of contract signing.
Contractor agrees to complete work within 15 days of Notice to Proceed. The completion
date therefore .is established to be June 2, 2017.
A fully executed copy of the contract will be forwarded to you for your records.
