Contractor Certification:
Work completed included new kitchen cabinets and countertop. Removal of a partition
wall in kitchen and relocation of kitchen lights switches. Removal of flourescent lights
in kitchen ceiling and installation of recess can lights in soffit.Conversion of wet bar to
a closet. New master vanity countertops and new master bath shower.
I do certify that all work was performed in accordance with FBC (2014) 5th edition.
