No accessory buildings are permitted with the Custom Built Homes. We cannot get into the laser fische to look around but the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of River Pointe Village #4 states no accessory building of any kind will be permitted in connection with the construction of any Custom Home Unit. I have contacted John Leis to see if he can help with the problem in Laser fische.
