I have reviewed the plans for the above mentioned buildings; these plans were designed to meet
the wind speed of 140 mph Exposure B based on the requirements of the 2001� Florida Building Code
and ASCE 7-98. Based on a comparison to the current codes in effect, 2010 Florida Building Code and
ASCE 7-10 I have concluded that these buildings will meet a wind speed of 160 MPH Exposure B.
Please note that these buildings will require additional protection in the form of shutters or other
code approved protection for the doors .and windows openings.

The attached stair, ramp, landing, and handrail structural design was developed and certified for
.150 mph, Exp. C. the exact location of the Grace Emmanual church, 707 Kitterman Road, Port
St. Lucie; FL is 160 mph, Exp. B. Since 160 mph, Exp. B is a lesser wind load pressure condition
vs. the original 150 mph, Exp. C then the existing setup is acceptable.
This is contingent on the stair, ramp, landing and handrail installation per the attached
certification.
