Window Buck Chancre Engineering Approval
The Permit Plans call for all Window Bucks to be 2x4 Pressure Treated Material (Sheet EV-2,
Window Schedule, Note 4.).
As an Alternate to 2x4 Pressure Treated Material, Engineering approval is given for use of 1x4
Pressure Treated Material Window Bucks installed per the Window Manufacturer's Instructions
requiring the installation to consist of tapcons passing continuously through the window frame and
the 1x4 Pressure Treated Material into the concrete.
