INDIAN RIVER DRIVE IN PORT ST. LUCIE. THE POLY ROOF CARPORT HAS MANY OPEN AREAS AROUND IT. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXPOSURE CATEGORIES LISTED IN SECTION 1609.4.3 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE THIS ENCLOSURE SHALL BE CALLED AN EXPOSURE 'C'. ACCORDING TO THE COMPUTER PROGRAM "WINDSPEED BY LOCATION-, A PRODUCT OF 'APPLIED TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL' THE DESIGN WIND LOAD REQUIREMENTS FOR A RISK CATEGORY I ENCLOSURE IN THIS LOCATION IS DICTATED BY A WIND SPEED OF 148 MPH.
