Dear Plans Reviewer:
In reference to the Plan Review Comments by Planning & Zoning staff completed on 07.26.16, I am
respectfully submitting this letter addressing the comments as well as (2) Two Signed and Sealed, Revised
copies of the affected sheets as outlined below. All affected sheets have been clouded as Delta #1 in the Title
Block of each sheet:
Plans Examiner Review:
Comment #1: Roof at the right side (0' Lot Line) is not allowed to hangover property line.
Response #1: Residence location has been moved 16" to the left to avoid roof to project over O Lot Line
property line.
Comment #2: Is the FFE in NGVD or NAVD.
Response #2: FFE is expressed in NGVD.
Comment #3: The survey indicate what seems like a wall extending from the covered entry into the 10'
front setback. If this is a wall, it will need to be removed. This is a utility easement and setback.
Response #3: This item mentioned is not a wall, but a planter within the pavers' area. This item has been
removed.
Comment #4: Please be aware that the pool requires a separate permit and plans.
Response 94: GC to submit required documents.
Comment #5: Please be aware that above comments only reflects the zoning review. The plans
Examiner might have additional comments.
