I, Jeff Gelman, Manager and Owner of Ocean Estates Drive, LLC affirm per the meetings and discussions to
date along with the receipt of modified Front Elevations on or about March 5, 2018, for the existing 2-story
residences located on Lots 3 and 4, of the development prepared by Randall Stofft Architects, the following:
1. Planning and Development Services Department acknowledges that these modifications, rendered
elevations and architectural drawings, are acceptable for these two structures only.
2. It is understood that Avalon PUD (Developer) wishes to obtain certificates of occupancy (CO) for the
two residences prior to constructing the modifications. Once this notarized affidavit has been
received, the CO's for the two structures will be issued.
3. 1 understand no further building permits for construction of homes will be forthcoming until the
modifications have been completed. Further, the Developer is responsible for any and all permits
that may be required in completing the required modifications. In addition, all future construction will
be in compliance with the approved Site Plan.
4. 1 have attached scans of the two elevations marked 'Approved'
