ACCORDING.TO THE COMPUTER PROGRAM "WINDSPEED BY LOCATION", A PRODUCT OF 'APPLIED TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL' THE DESIGN WIND LOAD REQUIREMENTS FOR A RISK CATEGORY I ENCLOSURE IN THIS LOCATION IS DICTATED BY A WIND SPEED OF 148 MPH. THE POLY ROOF SUN ROOM IS ALREADY BUILT; ONLY THE POLY ROOF ON THE LEFT SIDE IS BEING RESTORED. BECAUSE OF THE PRESENT DAY REQUIREMENTS THE ENTIRE SUN ROOM IS BEING UPGRADED TO HAVE 4TH WALL CONSTRUCTION. THE EXISTING NOMINAL 4" SLAB IS IN • GOOD CONDITION.
