PIERCE, FL 34982 ATTN: CARL PETERSON, BUILDING OFFICIAL RE:1712-0484 - 8192 MULLIGAN CIR, PGA VILLAGE ARCHITECT'S INSPECTION: PLUMBING ROUGH 420: Installed shower drain rough under slab conforms to FBCP 2014, Sections 704, 705 & 706. SLAB 115: Concrete slab repair has been inspected and conforms to the detail on the plans. Please note this permit should also cover inspections for new code required work, per the submitted drawing. Items include: filling in the non -conforming door opening from the garage to under the stair, properly wiring the garage located washer and dryer, correct miscellaneous unpermitted electrical work, and install a new bath exhaust fan duct to the roof replacing the non -conforming termination in the garage. It is my understanding, since this correction work is new, it can be inspected in -progress by your department. Please contact the contractor to make any adjustments necessary.
