Missing documents -please provide two soil boring test reports with original signature by Engineer (A 107.2.1) Response. Removed from sheet #1 2. Missing documents -please product approvals for all doors (A) 107.2.1) Response. Owner to provide 3. Site plan -show toe of slope for fill/building pad. Fill can not go into the wetland easement. Slab height shown on site plan is higher than variance granted. See finished floor waiver from Planning & Developmental Services Department. Response., Owner to provide updated survey & foundation plan has been modified for grade change along wetlands 4. Certification for Design Load Compliance in conflict with Engineer's letter provided by USA Inc. Dated 10/25/17.(A 107.2.1) Response: Revised Design Load See Sheet # 1 5. Sheet A-1, Foundation Schedule -provide quantity of #5 Bars for F-3, F-4, F-5, F-6 (A 107.2.1) Response: Foundation schedule is ok. per phone conversation with Andrew 6.
