Enclosed please find the following information submitted on behalf of a Certification of Completion of
Construction for the Phase Three improvements to The Crossing Church located on Oleander Avenue,
south of Midway Road, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, authorized under S.F.W.M.D. Permit #56-
01159-S,
• Three (3) copies of the Phase Three As Built Drawings.
I hereby certify that those improvements associated with Phase Three of The Crossing Church have been
completed in substantial conformance with the approved plans and above referenced permit.
