We have reviewed the geotechnical report prepared by KSM dated April 30, 2018 for the
subject home located at the above captioned address. According to this report, the site
soils can support an allowable bearing pressure of 2,000 psf as required by the permit
drawings. As such, we approve the findings in this report.
