AK6PTATU. 2. 1,050 gallon Cat 4 Florida Septic pump tank w/ Schaefer 20LE05P4-2W115 } hp pump. 3. Tank orientation/location may be altered as long as they remain in same general location. 4. AKE headworks including 70000-052 control panel. 5. Excavate 43". 5. 384 sq It dripfield- 192 linear feet of Netafim (08WRAM1-12) drip line (192 emitters) on 25" centers w/12" emitter spacing (8 lines approx. 15' x 24). Supply/return lines 1.25" ached. 40 PVC. Dripfield has 4 supply header and 4 return header connections. 6. Dripline to be installed 5" ABOVE BM (3" below grade). Recommend installing with 6" of cover. 7. 3" vent line to be installed by plumber in exterior wall of addition venting through roof. Vent for ATU to be connected to this line. 8. Manhole cover and riser to grade on pump tank for access to pump. 9. Contractor to ensure that the operating pressure is regulated to 30 PSI using throttle valve/pump tank return line. 10. Design engineer must approve of any modifications to design or location prior to system installation except for tanks as noted above. 11. Timer to be set initially to run pump 11 minutes, 30 seconds off 1 hour 49 minutes. Maintenance entity must contact designer during first maintenance in order to reset dosing to accomadate actual flow. Start up date, amount of tubing and flow meter reading after initial start up MUST be recorded on form provided by manufacturer to be placed on inside of panel door. 12.
