determined that it is a nonconforming lot of record.
As a nonconforming lot of record a single-family residence may be constfucted on the
property subject to complying with all other zoning code and building code
requirements. In addition,a recorded easement providing access to the property from a
public road maybe used in lieu of actual road frontage.
