The plans call for the new driveway to be 39.18' from north west property marker. A new connection fee we'll be needed for this Driveway. @ Have a good day!! The survey indicates a proposed 10' wide driveway and comparing to aerial it is not in same location. A Driveway Permit is required for any improvements in the Right of Way. If the driveway stays in the same location, a $25.00 upgrade Fee will be charged: If the connection is a banded, and a new location is made then the permit price will be $155.00. (if the old driveway is still there after demolition, is the sidewalk and existing Driveway in good shape?) Please let me know if you want me to look at this for you. Thanks@
