Please know the cost to raise all the interior partitions to the underside of the roof deck was cost prohibitive and
as such, the 2nd level space will remain Business Occupancy and the Assembly Occupancy will be moved to a
space across the parking lot as indicated on the attached signed & sealed revised drawing.
For your information, we walked through this with the St. Lucie Fire Department, and they verbally agreed to
this solution.
