2022 Program & Campaign
Visit St. Lucie contracted with Bandwango, a travel marketing technology platform, and launched the Treasure Coast Wine & Ale Trail digital pass earlier this year. The success of the
program encouraged the idea of a new digital passport that targets another niche, yet growing market.
The pandemic unleashed travelers’ appreciation for nature and the great outdoors, increasing demand for outdoor activities. This has created a new “nature novices” market. Travel insights
for 2023 show this trend is not going anywhere.
According to Destination Analysts, a research firm whose business is regularly monitoring the mindset of the American traveler, the outdoors will again be a high priority for vacationers.
More than half of travelers (56%) said that enjoying nature would be an essential/high priority.
We are working with Bandwango, and our Nature & Wildlife industry partners to launch this new pass in October, just in time for season.
