ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATION LETTER
Gentlemen,
The owner recently purchased the residence and the title company
discovered the fact that the previous owner enclosed the garage without
obtaining a building permit.
We have inspected the garage enclosure and prepared plans and
specifications based on the inspection, they are submitted herewith.
The work done was in substantial compliance with the plans and it was
done in a good workmanship manner.
In addition, the HVAC system was evaluated with the 2014 (5t" Edition)
Florida Energy Code and the Energy Calc's & Manual J and the passing
results are attached.
We hereby certify that this installation meets or exceeds the requirements
of the,JR1f1F/BC (5th EDITION), 2011 N.E.C. & ASCE 7-10.
