LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The Southeast one -quarter of the Southwest one -quarter of
Section 3, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM, the West 330 feet thereof and further excepting a
parcel situate in the Southeast corner and described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 25 feet North and 50 feet West of
the Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 3, Township 34
South, Range 39 East (which is the point of intersection of the
North right of way line of Russos Road and the West right of way
line of Canal #7); thence run North along said canal right of way
line a distance of 206 feet to a point; thence run West, parallel
with Russos Road, a distance of250 feet to a point; thence run
South parallel with Canal #7, a distance of 206 feet to a point in
the North right of way line of Russos Road; thence East to a a
point of beginning and less canal right of way, as recorded in
Chancellor Order Book 3, Page 293 and less the Russos Road
right of way, as recorded in Commissioners Minute Book 4, Page
410; said land lying, situate and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
