We have revised the Construction Documents to reflect plan review comments dated 03/09/2018. All revisions have been clouded and attached.
Comment 1: Could not complete my review, plans were designed to the 2014 Florida Building Code. Please check all areas
of components and cladding, structural and foundation design.
Al: Revised pages with revision clouds are attached, see pages G-001, S-001 and S-102.
Comment 2: Please furnish the manufacturer's truss placement drawings in duplicate reviewed and approved by the design
person of record in accordance with Chapter 8 Section R802 Subsection R802.1.7.1 of the 2017 Florida
Residential Building Code.
A2: Revised truss layout is attached, see pages S-103 and S-104.
Comment 3: Please furnish truss engineering in duplicate per Chapter 8 Section R802 Subsection R802.1.7.1 of the 2017
Florida Residential Building Code
A3: Reviewed by Green Design C&D, LLC, to be submitted by Builder.
