Please see the attachment. The subject lot is the second lot from the left at the top. This lot backs up to a vacant lot. I
have a code case for a 340sf storage shed for the above property. The zoning on this property is RS-4 with a minimum
rear setback of 15ft. Exception: For enclosed storage structures, greenhouses, child's playhouse and gazebos, this
dimension may be reduced to (5) feet. The proposed shed meets the required side setback however is meeting only 7.5
ft in the rear. Would we consider this as an enclosed storage structure that would be the exception?

Would you consider a shed an enclosed storage structure? RS-4 zoning reads the rear setback is 15' (g)(i). Letter g in the
lot size and dimensional requirements states "for enclosed storage structures, greenhouses, child's playhouse and
gazebos, this dimension may be reduced to five (5) feet.
