sale and disposition of said real property, including the execution of a warranty deed or

plete power and authoTlty in and abo~t the premisos. and generally do authorize and empower him
to do end perform all and every aot and aots, thing and things in law whatsoever needful and
neoessary to be done in about the premises, it being my intention in this instrument to clothe
my sald attorney with full powtr to do each and all of the things herein enumerated, and to
exeoute and perform the samo as largely and amply to all intents and purposes as I might or
oould do if I were personallypr8seat.
I do herein and hereby ratify and confirm all that the said G.R. Nottingham. my 8aid
attorney, Shall lawfully do by virtuo of this instrument.
This power of attorney ehall oontinue in full force and effect for a period of six months
from the date hereof and at the expiration of said time this power of attorney 8hal1 stand
