We further find thnt the compensation to be made by the petitioner to ti:e defondarlts
therefor is the sum of ~400~OOi Dnd the furter sum of '110.00 for 0 8eaaonable attorneys
fee for deIendants ettorneys; that 80id compensation sholl be paid into the Court to be
distributed upon order of the Court.
