RE: Building Permit Application 1802-0216 for the construction of a new single
family residence at 120 Berger Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34945
Pursuant to Land Development Code Section 7.06.02 Performance Standards for off-
street parking and loading zones, the Planning and Development Services Director has
made a determination that the material performance standard (impervious surface
material requirement) for the required off-street parking spaces of this residence may
be deferred for a 2-year period from the issuance of building permit 1802-0216.
This deferral is limited to the two required off-street parking spaces for the new single
family residence located in the AG-1 zoning district which is a district to provide and
protect an environment suitable for productive commercial agriculture, together with
such other uses as may be necessary to and compatible with productive agricultural
surroundings, including residential densities of one (1) dwelling unit per gross acre.
