This deferral is limited to the two required off-street parking spaces for the new single family residence located in the AG-1 zoning district which is a district to provide and protect an environment suitable for productive commercial agriculture, together with such other uses as may be necessary to and compatible with productive agricultural surroundings, including residential densities of one (1) dwelling unit per gross acre.
