Please review and adhere to all waterfront property usage rules and regulations attached. The maximum encroachment toward the center of the canal is 16.5 ft from the edge of the existing seawall cap. Any boat added to the left may not encroach on the neighbors buildable dock space. Please present copies of permits to condo office prior to construction.
