Re: Lot 2065 Boat Lift and Dock Plans'
The attached boat dock / boat lift plans ;are acceptable for construction on the water within the
rear property pins of the subject property. Please review and adhere to all waterfront property
usage rules and regulations attached. The maximum encroachment toward the center of the canal
is 16.5 ft from the edge of the existing seawall cap. Any boat added to the left may not encroach
on the neighbors buildable dock space.
Please present copies of permits to condo office prior to construction. Any further modifications
must be submitted to condo office for approval.
