period of thirty days ofter said abstract and deed sre deposited in said B~lk for the purpose

If the purchaser ahall not exercise the option of ~urchase herein 8i~en on or before the
date above stated, then this contract shall be nlul and void and sholl be binding npon neither rarty,
and the owner sha)l retain any amount whichhaB beon paid him as liquidat&d dwnages.
It is the understandiilgar.d agreement of the parties hereto that in the event said Pur-
chaser shall subdivide into building sites the said herein described properties, then and in
that event. the said parties h~reto shall estoblish a release schedule which shell be ~ttached
to and made a -part of the purchase contraot in the event of purchase of said properti6s by the
Sf! j d purchaser.
This contraot shall be binding on and enure t~ the benefits of the heirs, successors, le-
gal representatives and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
