TlJIS INDENTURE, made this 6th dJl1 of January A.D. 1926, BETWEEN ROYAL PARK COMPAllY, a
oorporation existing under the laws of the State of Plorlda, ha~lng its prinoipal place of busi-
neSD in the County of st. Luoie and State of Plor.lda party of the fir~t part, and Waldo E. Sexton
of the ~ounty of st. Luoie and State of Ilorida party of the saoond part,
WITNESSBTH, that the 8ald party of the first part, f~r and in oonsideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars and other ~aluable oonsideration to it In hand paid, the reoeipt whereof Is here-
by aoknowledged, haa granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released. con~eyed, and confirm-
ed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remiee, release, convey and confirm
unto the said party of the eecond part and his heirs and assigne forever, all that certain paroel
of land lying and being in the County of st. Lucie and State of Plorida, more particularly described
as follows:
Lot Seven (7) of Block Two (2) of plat of Royal Park aooording to plat recorded on
page 66 of Plat Book 4 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of st. Lucie
County, Florida.

TOGBTHER with all the tenements, heroditaments and appurtenanoes, with every privilege, right,
title, interest and estate, reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise ap-
pert8ining: TO RAVE AND TO HOLD the sue In'fee simple forever.
And the 8aid party of the first part doth covenant with the Beld party of the second part
that it is lawfully seiled of the s8id premis8s; that they are free of all incumbranoes, and
that it has good right and lawful authority to sell the B8me; and the s~id party of the first
part doee hereby fully warrant the title to sald land, and will defend the same against the law-
ful olaims of all pereona whomsoever.
IR WITNESS WHEREOP, the said party of the first part has oaused these presento to be signed
in its name by its president and its corporate seal to be affixed, attee~ed by its Secretary
