execution thereof to be their free act end deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned;
and the said ~ary Ellen ~riplett the wife of the said Joseph Triplett on a separate and private
examination taken and ~de by and before me, and separately and apart from hEr saia husben~
did aeknowledge that she made herself s party to the said Deed of ConTeyance for the purpose
of renouncing, relinquishing and co~veying all her right title and interest, whether of dower

or of separat~ property, statutory or equitable, in and to the lands therein described and that
she exeouted the said deed freely and voluntarily and without an~ co~straint tear. apprehension
or compulsion, of or from her s8id husband.
