Lucie County, Permitting This letter is provided as a response to the comments dated February 20, 2018, regarding the subject project. All comments are addressed as follows: 1. Please provide 2 sets of shop drawings signed and sealed for trusses. See Attached. 2. Please provide Product Approvals for door, roof & roof underlayment. Sheet S-1 has been revised. 3. Please confirm height from finished grade to finished floor of shed. Verify compliance with (R311.3.2). Provide steps or ramp as needed. Sheet S-1 has been revised to show height. Pavers will be added to meet R311.3.2 for a maximum step height of 6". 4. Roof Sheathing schedule zone 1 is not legible. Sheet Al has been revised. 5. Confirm beam types from header/beam schedule used on the plan. Sheet Al has been revised. 6. Confirm helical tie down location on bottom, right hand corner.
