The following are exclusions and are to be done by others unless written in to the contract: Heating Ventilation -Air Conditioning, electric, plumbing, roofing, finished flooring,
painting, staining, dry wall, stucco, sprinklers, landscaping, and any other item not specified on the contract.
Flashing will be installed under the first row of roof shingles where applicable. If there is a leak in the existing roof of the house, Herrmann Brothers Enterprises, INC. will not
be held responsible.
Due to the fact that time will differ depending on HOA's, draftsmen, engineers, permitting, inspections, weather, etc. an exact time period cannot be given for how long the
sunroom project will take.
Cnncrete sub -floor will be hand troweled and will have uneven surfaces addressed by finish floor installer.
WARRANITY ON LABOR —1 YEAR

Orders and design will be modified to fit the specific measurements of the site and the product.
All work done by Herrmann Brothers Enterprises, INC. will be completed in a workmanship manner according to the above specifications and in accordance with standard
building practices. Any alteration or deviation from the attached specifications involving extra cost or labor will be only upon ritten order and will becor�r,e materials.
Payment schedule is understood, acknowledged and due as defined on the back of this contract as follows:

The homeowner's signature on this contract acknowledges that he/she/they have read and understand the back of this contract. This contract constitutes full accord and
agreement of all parties and no other understanding, verbal or otherwise, shall be binding unless in writing and signed by allparties. This contract is governed by the laws of
the State of Florida and by the general conditions set forth on the back of this contract which are incorporated herein and made part thereof. This contract is subject to
approval and will only become effective when signed by an officer of the contractor.
