Herrmann Brothers Enterprises, INC. Reserves the right to cancel this order if engineers decide the job sold will not afford proper installation. This measure and install order
represents what is #xpected to be received.
The following are exclusions and are to be done by others unless written in to the contract: Heating Ventilation -Air Conditioning, electric, plumbing, roofing, finished flooring,
painting, staining, dry wall, stucco, sprinklers, landscaping, and any other item not specified on the contract.
Flashing will be installed under the first row of roof shingles where applicable'. If there is a leak in the existing roof of the house, Herrmann Brothers Enterprises, INC. will not
be held responsible.
Due to the fact that time will differ depending on HOA's, draftsmen, engineers, permitting, inspections, weather, etc. an exact time period cannot be given for how long the
sunroom project will take.'
Concrete sub -floor will be hand troweled and will have uneven surfaces addressed by finish floor installer.
WARRANITY ON LABOR-1 YEAR

Orders and design will be modified to fit the specific measurements of the site and the product.
aDurork done by Herrmann Brothers Enterprises, INC. will be completed in a workmanship manner according to the above specifications and in accordance with standard
ruing practices. Any alteration or deviation from the attached specifications involving extra cost or labor will be only upon written order and will become materials.
