2. No building shall be oonstructed or erected on any of the lots of bltadena until after
the plans. specifioations arA looation of the same shall have been approved by t,e parties of
the first part. their heirs. suocessors. representatives or assigns.
3. The construotion or ereotion of a building is limited to one residence' building and one
private sarage on each lot.
4. That no unlawful or i~noral use shall be made of the premises hereby be conveyed. nor
shall the same nor any ~art thereof, nor any iDtg~est therein, be sold. leased or otho~nise
oonveyed to any person other than of the Caucasian raoe, provided that nothIng herein contain-
ed shull prevent the keeping and maintaining of servants on the said property for ~easonable
family use.

by parties of the first part.
6. That the parties ot the first part. their heirs. sucoessors or assigns. shall hove the
right. rrom time to. time. to release any of the above or foregoing restriotions, condition~
or limitations by sealed instrument duly exeo.ted in aocordanoe wi th the laws of the State of
