The option Is to extend to Pebruary 19th, 1925 and the total purchase price is Two Hunored
and Ninety Thousand one hundred and '1'hirty-six DOllars. ($290,136.)
SECCBD: If said Byington desires to exeroise the said option he shall pay to the Com-
PaD7 in oaeh. on or before Three P.U. of Pebruary 19th, 1925. at the Company's office in the
- office of Engineeri~ Inveators Corporation, 37 Wall Street, Borough of Manhattan, Few York
City. the sum of .inety-Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Twelve Dollars, ($93.712.), which
shall be part of the purchase prioe of the property, the sub3eot of this optionj and there-
upon the Company and said Byington shall enter into a purchase contract. which contraot shall
be approved by counsel tor both parties hereto and shall provide for the delivery of warranty
deed conveying good and merohantable title to the premises to be oonveyed and the olosing of
title in the BorOugh~f Kanhattan, City of New York. within sixty (60) oays after the date
