The underlayment and secondary water intrusion barrier system installed consisted of layered
self -adhering bitumen Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal underlayment membrane (NOA #13-
1125.06). The underlayment mats were placed ith 6" end laps and 3" side laps over joints. A 26 gauge
galvalume drip edge and flashings were installed with #11 - 11/4" roofing nails.
This letter is to hereby certify that the installation of the stated dry -in underlayment and
secondary water intrusion barrier system was constructed in accordance to all applicable codes in
association with the above reference permit issued by the St. Lucie County Building Department.
No additions, alterations, or further proced
