TRIS DEED llede the 12th day of lebruary A.D. 1925, by F.B, Wood and !toea E. Wood his wife,
of the County of st. Lucie State of Florida, hereinafter o.lled the grantors to ~ouis Harrls of
the County of ~t. Luoie and state of Florida, hereinafter called the grantee.
WITNESSETH, that the said trantors in oonsideration o~ Ten Dollars snd other valuable con-
siderations the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, re-
mise, release, enfeoff, convey and oonfirm unto the aaid grantee and his heirs and assigns in
