As requested by Mr. Sanborn, we have completed our inspection of the subject structure on
July 5, 2018. The purpose of our inspection was to inspect the James Hardie Plank Siding on the
gables and dormer area above the front door of the structure and to determine compliance with
current codes. At my instruction, the homeowner removed a section of siding based on my
discretion, so I could verify the
installation of the affected components.
