The following answers to your plans
1) Sheet S-1 references the FBC 201

2) Door product approval # 17900 is

3) Please provide product approval for doors, with connections highlighted. Florida Product
Approval #17900.1 is attached with connections highlighted.
4) Please provide lighting on the exterior side of swinging door. An exterior light fixture and
corresponding switch has b en added to the exterior of the swing door.
5) Survey indicates the property tote in Fort Pierce. However, the property is located in Port St.
Lucie. Please correct the survey and submit 2 updated signed and sealed copies.. The address
indicated on the survey has been correct. Two (2) corrected copies have been attached.
6) Is the driveway going to be donei with the house or with the hanger? Is the house going to be
submitted soon as well? Apermit application for the residence is forthcoming. The driveway
will be constructed with the residence.

Product Approval for the proposed walk door is submitted herein, FL 22211'. The attached
structural drawing page S-1 and tle corresponding information sheet for the metal building
erection drawings have been revised accordingly.
2) Please provide product approvals for door, with connections highlighted. The Florida Product
Approval installation details for FIB 22211 with connection details highlighted is attached.
