Pierce, Florida 34982 Architect's Reply to Permit Review Additions to Miller Residence 107 Sheridan Lane, Jensen Beach Permit # 1803-0668 APR 2 0 2018 ST. Lucie County, permitting Notes below are listed in order of the Review Memo dated 3-29-18. 1) Architect drafted Site Plan sheet added to Permit Package based on Special Purpose Survey by Compass Surveyir1g which shows NAVD 1988 spot elevations .south of the existing residence. Calculated setback distances shown to all property lines. 2) Note that the existing residence elevation is measured to be above the ground spot elevation. Finish Floor elevation is therefore shown as 44.0' NAVD. 3) Utilizing Google Earth "Find Altitude" application, the ground elevation near the residence is verified to match the survey data and the centerline of Sheridan Lane pavement is shown to be 32.8' NAVD for a difference of 11.4' far exceeding County mandated 1.5'. 4) Approximate location of septic tank & drainfield is shown on the Site Plan.
