EXIST ROOFING SHINGLES INSTALLED AS PER MFG RECOMMENDATIONS AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION. ALL EXISTING WOOD MEMBERS PROPERLY PROTECTED FROM WEATHER EVENTS, IS PRESSURE TREATED THROUGHOUT, AND/OR IS GRADED FOR EXTERIOR USE. 1.2.1. OUR INFIELD INSPECTION COULDN'T FIND ANY EVIDENCE OF LEAKS, ROTTING WOOD MEMBERS, UNEXPLAINED SETTLING. 1.2.2. EXIST ROOFING SHINGLES INSTALLED AS PER MFG RECOMMENDATIONS AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION 1.3.
