The fence will where there is four foot from the top of the seawall to ground i 6/25/2018 Leslie Olson, AICP, Director St Lucie County Planning and Development Servi Ies Department 2300 Virginia Avenue Fort Pierce, FL 34982 RE Permit # 1803-0636 We would like to request a "Relief from the Land Development Code" in regards to our fence permit Application # 1803-0636 65 Aqua Ra Dr Jensen Beach FI 34957 We have applied for the permit asking to have (2) wings over the existing seawall to guard from entry to our yard from the waterway side. We recently extended the seawall. There is no direct access to our property from the waterway, no stairs or dry land that someone can walk up, without climbing the seawall, to access the new pool. I have attached pictures of the seawall and the engineered drawing from the recent addition to the seawall.
