I, the undersigned, as a duly registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, having been
authorized to observe full time the construction, installation and testing of the Electrical Power
Distribution System at the new Allied New Technologies Plant hereby state that; to the best of my
knowledge and belief, exercising due care and diligence in the observation of the construction and
installation of the 480V FRIEM AC/DC Rectifier Assemblies A and B as described in St. Lucie County
permitted drawings E-6, E-13, E-24 and E-25;1 the construction was observed to be built within
compliance with applicable Codes and intent of the permit, the approved plans, specifications, and other
supporting documents and design criteria.
I hereby certify that the 480V Rectifier and Control Panels listed below, Manufactured by FRIEM S.p.A.
Milano Italy, have been field evaluated by Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL), a qualified testing
laboratory, for compliance with the latest UL Standard on safety for "Industrial Control Panels", Standard
UL 508A. A Field Evaluated Product UL label was affixed on each Friem Rectifier and Control panel
indicating full compliance. Documentation of the field evaluation is being submitted to the St. Lucie
County Building Official for recordkeeping.
