NOA # 02-0621.08 Bahama shutters provided, see attached copies. Comment #2 — Fire barrier walls must be designed to FBC section 706 and opening protected in accordance with FBC Section 715 See sheet A-6.02 for wall types, UL numbers provided at different wall types. And see sheets A-1.30 & A-1.31 to see the locations of the fire rated walls. Comment #3 — Provide three complete sets of energy calculations for all AC area, including air system sizing summary for all AHU's See attached energy calculation provided by MEP engineer. Comment #4 — Provide additional details on trenches, (TR01, TR02, TR03) in the event of acid/ chemical spill. If there is a sump & pump, provide all necessary details. Trenches (TR01, TR02 & TR03) are all interconnected. At the lowest point (TR03) we will provide piping which is connected to a sump pump located at a module located in front of the lowest point. In the event of an overflow, sensors automatically will start the pump and the spill will pump to the process tank. The trenches are design to take the volume of the largest tank plus 1016 of that tank. Comment #5 — Restroom doors cannot swing into clear space per FBC 11-4.22.2. Doors swing were modified, see sheets A-1.01 & A1.10 Comment #6 — Drinking fountain must be Hi-Lo Hi-Lo fountain was added. See sheets A-1.10 & A-5.03 Comment #7 — Show control panel for sewer dosing tank on drawing 10A. CIVIL COMMENT —C&T Comment #8 — Show seal -off location for control float/riserfrom dosing tank. CIVIL COMMENT—C&T Comment #9 — If luminaries are to be class 1, division 2, then what about emergency battery pak lights and exit signs. , Luminaries and emergency battery pak lights and exit signs specified on the drawings are plastic non-metallic fiber glass type to prevent corrosion not to imply that the environment is a hazardous one.
