They have not yet finished addressing their conditions of approval, including the landscape plan revisions. I just met with their landscaper on Tuesday and discussed possible revisions, which have not yet been finalized. Also I informed Jose Cordova (I believe he's the person charged with obtaining these Building Permits) that a site plan adjustment may be required, since the buildings approved by SLC are different from those shown on their SFWMD permits. He was going to contact Kristin in GM and get that sorted out. Can you tell me what are the 5 permit applications they are submitting? Is this 5 permits, each for one building? According to the resolution they are supposed to submit a revised landscape plan before the Vegetation removal permit is going to be issued. We received copies of a landscape plan with the date of June 2007. So this must be an old landscape plan since it is before the date of the Resolution.
