Dear Sir:
In reply to your letter. relative to Go.ernment ~ots I and 2 at Old inlet'would suggest
we have a surTeyor oOllpute the number of s~re teet in land olaimed by Davie in Lot One and
we will agree ~o deed ~ like number ot square teet otf south si4e ot Lot 2.

We do not te.l that DaTis has any olat. to land under the deeds tiled tor the reason the
deeds themselves show they have be.n ohanged sinoe the date ot exeoution also that they were not
filed tor so many years after exeouted. We find there_ is quite some.question on the later
point. Howevor..e are willing to make a division as above stated and if satistaotory to Davis
.e will be willing to meet him ontheee terms.
